- Can I customize Nautica Spa products?
Yes, we can custom-embroider robes and tops (knits, polos, etc.). At this time, we cannot embroider bottoms (pants, shorts, etc.).
If you already have a logo or design you wish to embroider, you can submit it to us in BMP, GIF, TIF, JPG or any other picture format that is PC-compatible. Tajima disk is the preferred option because it can be used universally by all embroidery equipment. At this time, the only thing we cannot use is Mac-based artwork.

- How do I calculate embroidery cost?
Currently, we are running a special promotional program that allows our customers to purchase Nautica Spa products with custom embroidery at little or no additional cost. Please contact one of our product specialists for a detailed quote.
- How do I care for Nautica Spa product?
For general care, we recommend to machine-wash the garment in cold water (80 degrees F or colder). To prolong the garment's life and preserve its colors, please use non-chlorine bleach only.
Use warm water (up to 110 degrees F) to remove stubborn stains from such substances as oil and grease. Please tumble dry, at low setting, to keep the shape of the garment intact. Avoid over-drying, as it may cause shrinkage or wrinkling.
